Admission requirements for all programs are evaluated by the University Senate.
Our department accepts students to the program according to the criteria in accordance with the program guidelines as a result of central exams (YKS, DGS etc.) conducted by ÖSYM. Foreign students gain the right to register as a result of the evaluation of the Commission established by the Rectorate in line with the scores that they receive from other exams included in the Foreign Student Admission Guidelines. In addition, students are accepted to the program through transfer from other universities or programs.
Students benefit from interactive counseling services for guidance on academic matters. Students' success status, course attendance and other information about the education and training process are monitored through the Student Information System (OBS). The information obtained during this monitoring process is used to solve students' problems related to their education and training processes and to make counseling services more effective. In the program, students complete their education under the advisory of the same faculty member throughout their education and training processes.
Successful students are rewarded with Honor and High Honor Certificates at the end of the semester.
In our program, an academic advisor is assigned to each student by thet head of department. There is a secretariat in the Student Affairs Department that monitors the course registration, admission and academic status of the students for each program. In particular, information is provided periodically by the academic advisors about the courses; students will choose and the training that they will receive based on their interest and performance in the program. In this way, students are ensured to specialize in the field, their academic status is constantly monitored and students with high academic success are directed to graduate programs. The weekly advisory and meeting time schedules of all faculty members and staff are hung on their doors together with their weekly schedules. In this way, students' meetings with their academic advisors are organized.
In order to support student mobility, the courses in all programs are prepared in accordance with the Bologna Process and there are necessary regulations on issues such as course and credit recognition, diploma equivalence. In addition, student mobility is provided with many universities in Turkey and abroad.
In order to keep the content up-to-date and to achieve a sustainable solution, it is planned to request that faculty members update the Bologna content of the courses that they will teach at the beginning of the semester. However, it will not be possible to open the course without the approval of the head of department.
The principles of Bilecik Seyh Edebali University Undergraduate Education-Teaching and Examination Regulation are applied for the admission of transfer students other than the student groups coming from central placement.
