The values of the key performance indicators that the department must monitor are collected by discussing with the relevant departments and obtaining the opinions of the senior management.
The necessary information sharing is provided through the Electronic Information Management System (EBYS) in order to ensure the effective management of the department's administrative and operational activities.
Bilecik Seyh Edebali University KAYSIS Document Preparation Procedure, which determines the standards for the preparation, approval and updating of all documents within the scope of our department's internal control and quality development process to be included in the Electronic Public Information Management System (KAYSIS), entered into force with the senate decision dated 14.12.2015. With this procedure, the main rules regarding the type of information and documents to be created and published within the scope of quality processes were determined by matching them with the KAYSIS system. The processes of the administrative management structure are maintained within the framework of these rules.
The collection, evaluation and reporting of data during the internal and external evaluation process are carried out in accordance with the work schedule announced by our university. In the work schedule plan, the data collection process is carried out in cooperation with academic staff and administrative staff.
The security and confidentiality of the collected data is provided through the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS) since the beginning of 2015. Document and EBYS module management is carried out only by the department officials. Process and document monitoring for all notifications are carried out through this system.
Data is reported to preserve institutional memory and ensure its sustainability. These transactions are stored both in archives and digitally.
