5.1. Resumes

CV information of academic staff is provided through Personnel Data System (PVS). This information is updated through YÖKSİS.

5.2. Competencies

Criterias and conditions required while recruiting academic staff at our university; which are also taken into consideration in the preparation of course assignments and course content. The correspondence between the competencies of the teaching staff and the course content is evaluated by the academic board of our department.

5.3. Professional Development

In order to follow academic research, faculty members of the department participate in various national and international scientific meetings every year. In addition, our university has a Scientist Support Coordination (BİDEK) and Scientific Research Support Coordination to continue the professional development of the faculty and improve their teaching skills.

5.3.1 Assurance

With the Scientific Research Projects Preparation, Evaluation and Implementation Directive  prepared by Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University, the participation of all faculty members is guaranteed and new publications are encouraged.

5.4. Educational Performances

Our department prepares activity reports at the end of the year for the performance measurement of the teaching staff. The academic studies included in these reports are secured by the individual performance scores of the teaching staff under the conditions determined by the relevant regulation.

5.5. Course Assignments

The faculty members within the department are assigned as course instructors for the courses specified in the course program by the head of department. For some courses in different disciplines, in accordance with Article 31 and Article 40/d of Law No. 2547, the assignment of faculty members to teach in our academic programs is made with the approval letter of the relevant institution and with the assignment made by the Human Resources Department after the decision taken by the program management boards.

5.6. Training of Trainers

The instructors have training certificates for practical courses in the curriculum such as CRS-Amadeus, Cost and Inventory Management, and Fidelio Suite 8. Agreements are made with companies that design application systems for these certificates.

5.7. Teaching (Outsourced)

Our program does not accept external faculty members from other universities.
