2.1. Planning

Planning of research resources is carried out by Scientific Research Projects (BAP) coordinatorship and Scientist Support Coordinatorship (BİDEK). Relevant program support academic staff to participate in scientific activities in national and international research fields.

2.2. Stakeholders

As a method of ensuring the participation of stakeholders in the department’s research and development activities and ensuring their continuity. It is planned to prepare protocols for tourism enterprises and public enterprises and for practical training that will increase the professional experience of students.

2.3. Monitoring

Our department prepares an annual activity report to monitor and evaluate the results of research and development activities. Activity reports are prepared according to the annual performance reports of faculty members. Monitoring and evaluation of the reports are carried out by the University's Personnel Department.

2.4 Fund Strategies

It is aimed to increase the amount of non-university funds by carrying out TÜBİTAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye) projects and cooperating with Bursa Eskişehir Bilecik Development Agency (BEBKA).

2.5. Personnel Incentives

Within the scope of personnel incentives, our university encourages academic staff to participate in one of international and two of scientific, academic and artistic activities on an annual basis. Participation and support in scientific activities are provided by BIDEK and BAP.

2.6. External Supports

Our department does not receive financial or technical support from public or private sector institutions.
