Our department continues its operations in the management of education-training, research-development, social contribution processes, management and administrative structuring in line with the goals and objectives in its strategic plan. Improvement studies on the subject are ongoing. In particular, taking measures to bring together internal stakeholders (department faculty members and students) and external stakeholders (tourism businesses operating in areas where students can work) and thus creating an effective governance system is one of the primary goals.
The processes related to the internal control system are carried out by the department of expenditure with the support of Strategy Development Department. It is carried out through monitoring and evaluations between the secretariat services of our department and Strategy Development Department. Some actions specified in the action plan are put into effect and implemented with the approval of the head of department or a senior manager. The results of the activities and arrangements foreseen in the action plan are reported to the Rector by the head of Strategy Development Department in the action plan environment by the end of June and December each year.
The management and organization of our department is determined in accordance with the provisions of the Higher Education Law No. 2547. The management structure of our department is the head of department and the vice head of the department.
Our department is managed by the head of department. The distribution of authority (delegation of authority) is shared with other faculty members.
