In addition to the procedures and principles required by Law No. 2547 and Law No. 657, the human resources management approach of our personnel working in our department is maintained through a system that observes the principles of valuation. Our financial resources are managed within the framework of budget laws and financial legislation within our University, taking into account the priority order of needs and projects. BŞEÜ spends all resources obtained from the central administration or through its own means, in accordance with the provisions in the legislation and in accordance with the principles of effectiveness, economy and efficiency.
Management and efficiency level of movable and immovable resources; Movable assets obtained through purchases made within the scope of our University's project and budget are recorded in the Movable Registry Management System Program conducted by the
Ministry of Treasury and Finance are monitored. In the department, the purchase of fixed assets and consumables required for the execution of education and training activities is met by the faculty upon request by the department.
