3.1. Stakeholder Analysis

Tourism Management Undergraduate Program recognizes the importance of the impacts' stakeholders while determining short and long-term plan objectives along with stakeholders in its activities and continues its planning with stakeholders from three different tourism pillars of the tourism field: travel agency, hotel business and food and beverage businesses.

3.2. Stakeholder Participation

Stakeholder participation is taken into consideration through evaluation forms and student scores obtained from students who completed their internships and opinions of business managers. In addition, it is planned to ensure the participation of stakeholders in sector meetings organized by the unit.

3.3. Administrative Staff Information

Department of Tourism Management  uses the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS) and the corporate electronic mail system, which are shared by the University. Articles are shared through these systems and announcements are made on the institution's website.

3.4. Administrative Staff Feedback

Decisions, opinions and suggestions which taken within the department meetings are regulated. As needed, opinions are received from internal stakeholders.

3.5. External Stakeholder

Information meetings and mutual correspondence are held with external stakeholders regarding the improvement of training programs and the provision of practical training opportunities.

3.6.  External Stakeholder Information

The decisions and practices of the department are shared on the department's website under the headings "announcements" and "activities".

3.7. External Stakeholder Feedback

Mutual information meetings are held with external stakeholders in the institution. Feedback is important for the improvement of the department and its updating in line with the needs of the sector.

3.8. External Stakeholder Participation

Along with the quality department and academic staff, external stakeholders (hotel businesses and travel agencies, restaurants and eateries) are visited and information is exchanged about the works.

3.9. Graduates

Undergraduate Program of Tourism Management plans to bring together graduated students. Gaduates as sector employees who are in managerial positions in businesses are trying to exchange information through meetings and correspondence. In addition, it is planned to create a graduate information system and share their experiences. For this purpose, a database of the first graduates has begun to be created.

3.10. Student Participation

There is a student representative of the university in our institution's senate. Education-training programs, courses, academic activities, sector-focused events are shared and their participation with their opinions and suggestions is ensured.

3.11. External Contributions

In the activities organized within the department, it is planned to share mutual contributions between local government, chambers of commerce, non-governmental organizations, tourism enterprises and our department.
