2.1. Periodic Management Processes

Considering the knowledge, skills and qualifications that graduates should have to be competent enough to represent the academy;

  • Re-establishing training programs,
  • Determining the objectives of the program by constantly receiving feedback from hotel businesses
  • Determining new targets based on needs,
  • To observe whether the determined qualifications are fulfilled better and better,
  • It is aimed to ensure that necessary improvements are made in all processes.

With the perspective of continuous improvement and differentiation, Quality Management Processes in our institution are guaranteed by the Quality Assurance Directive.

2.2. Groups

Tourism Management Undergraduate Program continues to work with the University's Quality Coordinatorship along with the program's quality board, commission and advisors.

2.3. Relationships

The quality management officer of Tourism Management Undergraduate Program follows the process depending on the quality coordinatorship within the members of the University Quality Commission.

2.4. Representation

Quality management activities are carried out by a representative from the program quality commissions in each program, the general secretary of the university, the university student representative and the commission members of the University Quality Coordinatorship.

2.5. Evaluations

The program has not yet been subjected to internal or external evaluation.

2.6. Quality Culture

Periodic meetings are held between the program quality commission and University Quality Coordination Office to ensure the dissemination and adoption of the Quality culture within the program.

2.7. Common Goals

Chair of the program quality commission along with the head of department and vice chair determine common goals by taking the opinions of all academic staff, and this process is continued with full participation.
