Öğr. Gör. Özgür ÖZCAN

He was born on November 12, 1982, in Izmit. After completing his primary and high school education in Polatlı district of Ankara, he completed his undergraduate education in the field of Mechanical Education and Machine Operation at Dumlupınar University in Kütahya. Özcan, who completed his post-graduate education at the Department of Mechanical Education of the Institute of Science at Kütahya Dumlupınar University in 2007 and the Department of Business Administration and Organization at the Institute of Social Sciences in 2008, worked as a trainer at Continuing Education Centres of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University and Ankara University. Özcan has valuable works related to preparatory training books for district governors, judges, inspectors, and the ministry of finance as well as the field of micro and macroeconomics. Özcan, married with 3 children, took over the post of Advisor to the Rector of Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University and the Head of Library and Documentation Office in 2020. He was appointed as Secretary General on June 2, 2022.
