Fakrullah TOHUMCU

He was born in Pasinler, the district of Erzurum on May 6, 1981. He received his primary school education at Pasinler İbrahim Hakkı Primary School. Then, he received his secondary and high school education at Pasinler Imam Hatip High School. He completed his education of Office Management and Secretariat at Narman Vocational School of Ataturk University in 2003 and then received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University in 2012. He completed his master's degree in the Department of Business Administration of Graduate School of Social Sciences at Atatürk University in 2014. He started his career as an officer at the Department of Strategy Development in Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University in 2007. Tohumcu, who was assigned to Atatürk University in 2010, served as a Computer Operator in the Office of Personnel Affairs in 2010, as the Unit Supervisor of ÖYP (Teaching Staff Training Program) Institutional Coordinatorship in 2011, and as the Unit Head of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department in 2016 respectively. He worked as the school secretary of Şenkaya Vocational School in 2018 and as the Unit Head of the Student Affairs Office in 2019. He has been currently working as the Assistant to the Secretary-General at Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University as of 2020. Fakrullah Tohumcu is married and has 3 children.

Tolga FIRINCI

He was born in Arhavi, the district of Artvin on 11.12.1979. He received primary and secondary education in Fındıklı, the district of Rize and high school education in Arhavi. He completed the Department of Automotive at İskenderun Vocational School, Hatay Mustafa Kemal University in 2000. He earned undergradute degree at the Faculty of Business, Anadolu University in 2011. He got Master’s degree of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from the Instutite of Social Sciences, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in 2020. Having started to work as a petty officer in Turkish Military Army in 2020, Tolga Fırıncı worked in the local municipality between 2015-2020 and was appointed to Bilecik Seyh Edebali University on 08.12.2020. Having one child, Fırıncı was appointed as assistant to the secretary general on 26.10.2022.
