The Erasmus+ Unit/Department Coordinators Briefing Meeting was held on Thursday, October 23, under the coordination of the International Relations Office at Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University.

The meeting was attended by the International Relations Office team, along with academic and administrative staff from across the university.

During the session, participants were informed about the Erasmus+ 2025 project call, student and staff mobility procedures, renewal of bilateral agreements, use of digital platforms, and documentation processes. The meeting also included discussions aimed at strengthening collaboration and communication among coordinators to ensure more effective implementation of program activities.

The meeting concluded with a Q&A session and mutual exchange of ideas.
