Internship

1) Students may complete their internships only during the summer break, outside the academic semesters. However, students who take summer school courses are not allowed to do internships during this period.

2) Only 2nd and 3rd year students are eligible for internships. 1st and 4th year students are not allowed to undertake internships.

3) It is sufficient to scan the documents listed below in PDF format and send them via email to staj.iibf@bilecik.edu.tr:

  • Voluntary Internship Acceptance Form: Must be completed in two copies and approved by the workplace.
  • Health Provision Certificate: Can be obtained from SGK offices or via the e-Government system.

4) At the end of the internship, the following documents must be approved by the workplace and sent via courier to the address below:

  • Intern Student Attendance Tracking Form
  • Internship Evaluation Form
  • Voluntary Internship Acceptance Form

5) During the internship period, students will be subject to the provisions of the Voluntary Internship Directive. Therefore, it is recommended to review the relevant directive in detail.

6) Students who apply for an internship but later decide not to proceed must inform the Faculty via staj.iibf@bilecik.edu.tr.

7) During the internship, the university will only cover insurance premiums for work accidents and occupational diseases at a rate of 1%. No additional payment or premium will be provided.
