BŞEÜ YBS Advisory Board Meeting

On November 28, 2025, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., we held a meeting with our department stakeholders.

During the meeting, important decisions were made regarding our department’s mission and vision, educational objectives, and learning outcomes. 🎓✨

🔹 Mission & Vision: Emphasis was placed on “managing knowledge correctly, innovation, ethics, and lifelong learning.”

🔹 Educational Goals: Suggestions were made to update the goals with more inclusive and realistic statements.

🔹 Program Outcomes: Simplifying the items and bringing them in line with current technologies was discussed.

🔹 Expectations from Graduates: Technical skills, foreign language, communication, ethics, and cybersecurity awareness were highlighted.

🔹 Activity Plan: A “Data and Information Security” workshop was proposed.
