Registration Renewal
 
At the beginning of the fall and spring semesters, our students have to renew their registration by choosing a course through the student information system between the dates specified in the academic calendar. After the course selection is made, the registration renewal process is completed with the approval of the advisor. It is the student's responsibility to initiate and complete the registration renewal process. Students who do not complete the registration renewal process cannot continue their education. Legislation Provisions:

(1) Students must re-register at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters during the period specified in the academic calendar. Students who cannot re-register within the deadline due to their excuses and whose excuses have been accepted by the board of directors of the relevant unit within the framework of the Directive for Just and Valid Reasons can re-register until the end of the first week of the semester.
(2) A student who wishes to repeat a course within the scope of article 30 in order to increase his grade point average despite being successful in all courses must renew his registration by paying the tuition fee or tuition fee at the beginning of each semester. However, a student who cannot graduate simply because he has not completed his internship does not pay any contribution or tuition fee.
(3) If the students do not have an excuse in accordance with the Directive of Just and Valid Reasons and accepted by the relevant boards, they register themselves. Students are responsible for all registration renewal procedures. The semester that students do not renew their registration is counted as part of the education period.
(4) Students who have taken courses from different universities and whose grades have not yet been received, and students whose adjustment procedures have not been completed, are registered in the following semester according to the current situation. As a result of the completion of the adjustment procedures and the transfer of the grades to the student information system, upon the request of the student, the course selection screen can be opened to the advisor, so that the course registrations can be made.
