Authority, Duties and Responsibilities of the Student Affairs Unit
1. Apart from the duties, powers and responsibilities of the Registrar's Office,
to do all the work that is under his responsibility in the regulations.
2. To know the Postgraduate, Undergraduate and Associate Degree Education and Examination Regulations and related instructions,

3. Students' registration, course registration, student certificate, postponement, transcript, registration freeze, attached
cutting, transfer, exemption, scholarship, temporary graduation, diploma etc. to carry out business and transactions.
4. To prepare daily and semester correspondences related to student affairs.
5. To prepare the necessary documents for students' lateral transfer procedures and course exemption requests.
6. To make all kinds of correspondence of the students enrolled in the unit.
7. To make all kinds of correspondence and transactions related to the summer school.
8. To make all kinds of announcements about students.
9. To ensure archiving of documents related to students.
10. To identify those who fall within 10% of the secondary education students.
11. Students who cannot take the exams due to their excuses report the decisions of the Board of Directors to the relevant departments.

12. To arrange success rates at the end of each year.
13. To carry out the procedures related to the Student Council and Representative Office.
14. To carry out preparatory work regarding the student quotas to be taken to the unit.
15. List of students who are absent from the departments before the end of the semester exams.

16. To follow up the entry of student information and grades into the automation system.
At the beginning of the 17th academic year, the departments are responsible for updating the student advisor lists.

18. To send military service and KYK lists of unenrolled and graduated students.
19. To determine the students who are ranked in the programs.
20. To carry out double major and minor programs.
21. Preparing the pre-meeting agendas of the boards and commissions related to his field of duty.
22. Carrying out the midterm, final exam, make-up, single course and additional exam procedures.
23. The documents of higher education institutions and higher education institutions are kept in standard terms.
