On October 23, 2025, we gathered with our Student Advisory Board, composed of representatives from each undergraduate year, in the Department of Economics Meeting Room. During the meeting, which was attended by department faculty members and members of our accreditation commission, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ertuğrul Çam and Asst. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Safa Ünal, and İsmail Tansel Us, who serves as the student representative on the department's advisory board, students were informed about the Program Accreditation process our department is undergoing and the Institutional Accreditation Program process our university is involved in.

Students were given a presentation about the channels through which they can access accurate information regarding departmental processes, as well as the new interface and menus of our department website. The artificial intelligence-based advisor service, which we launched as a new application, was also introduced.

Consultations were held regarding the purpose and function of establishing the Advisory Board, and feedback was received from our students. We wish this board, which we designed as a more effective mechanism for interaction and exchange of ideas between the department and students, success and extend our best wishes to our students.
