Procedures by Student Status

• Students Registering for the Preparatory Class: Students enrolling in the Preparatory Class must log in to the system via derssecme.bilecik.edu.tr between September 29 and October 3, 2025, using their Username (Student ID Number) and the password sent to their mobile phone and email during initial registration. They must then press the Save button without selecting any courses to make an empty registration. Following this empty registration, the enrollment will be approved by their advisor.

• Newly Registered 1st-Year Students (Freshmen): Course selections for our newly registered 1st-year students will be made automatically by their advisor. Students will begin making their own course selections starting from the Spring semester. Students registered at more than one university simultaneously must check their tuition fee status and deposit the required amount. Course registration cannot be approved by the advisor if the tuition fee is not paid.

• Vertical Transfer (DGS) and Horizontal Transfer Students: Students who have transferred vertically (DGS) or horizontally can log in to the system via derssecme.bilecik.edu.tr between September 29 and October 3, 2025, using their Username (Student ID Number) and the password sent during initial registration. They will complete their course selection processes through their advisors.

• Students with Ongoing Course Equivalency (Intibak) Procedures: Students whose course equivalency procedures are ongoing can log in to the system via derssecme.bilecik.edu.tr between September 29 and October 3, 2025, using their Username (Student ID Number) and the password sent during initial registration. They will complete their course selection processes through their advisors.
