While our university was entitled to receive an award in the category of "2024 Accessibility in Space (Orange Flag)", our Faculty also managed to be among the units that received the "Orange Flag".

 In the "Spatial Accessibility" category of the Barrier-Free Universities Awards, which has been organized since 2018 in order to raise awareness about the access of disabled individuals to spaces, educational opportunities and socio-cultural activities in higher education institutions and to disseminate good practices, our University has been awarded in the category of "Spatial Accessibility in 2024 (Orange Flag)" this year. Our university has succeeded in ranking fourth among 112 universities by receiving 15 Orange Flag awards for 15 units in 2024.

The Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences was among the units entitled to receive the "Orange Flag" in this success, which is appreciated as an indicator that the infrastructure works needed to ensure that all our students can benefit from equal education rights, participate in socio-cultural activities and provide comfortable spatial access within our university are carried out with sensitivity. In addition, Prof. Dr. Azmi Özcan Library, located on the campus of our University, is also among the units deemed worthy of this award.

In 2020, our university received 8 Orange Flag awards and ranked 2nd among 116 universities. In 2020, our Faculty was again deemed worthy of the Orange Flag award.
