Applications for the National Internship Program, conducted under the Presidency Human Resources Office for the 2023-2024 Academic Year, are now open through the Career Portal.
Students who wish to participate in the internship program must apply between December 28, 2023, and March 10, 2024, via https://kariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr.
Our faculty's 2nd and 3rd-year students may find their own internship placements and undertake internships during the dates specified below.

PROCEDURES AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR STUDENTS TO COMPLETE INTERNSHIPS VIA CAREER GATEWAY AND CAREER ADVISORS
Students must complete the forms listed below by obtaining signatures from the Workplace Representative, Department Chair, and Career Advisor, and submit them to Room A306 in Block A at least 7 business days prior to the commencement of at least SGK procedures.

PROCEDURES AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR STUDENTS TO OPTING TO DO THEIR INTERNSHIPS INDEPENDENTLY
Students can only do their internships during the summer vacation, outside of the academic semester. Internships will not be conducted if summer school courses are taken.
Only 2nd and 3rd-year students can participate in internships. 1st and 4th-year students are not eligible.
Documents must be submitted to Room A306 in the Dean's Office, in person, at least 7 working days before the internship start date. Since the internship student must sign the SGK Employment Declaration, the documents must be submitted in person by the student. Here are the required documents:
At the end of the internship, the INTERNSHIP STUDENT ATTENDANCE TRACKING CHART, INTERNSHIP REGISTRY FORM, and OPTIONAL INTERNSHIP ACCEPTANCE FORM must be approved by the workplace and submitted in person to Room A306 in the Dean's Office starting from the week when classes begin.
Students will adhere to the Optional Internship Directive and Higher Education Institutions Student Discipline Regulation during the internship process.
Students who apply for internship and later decide not to participate should inform their situation to staj.iibf@bilecik.edu.tr. Emails must be sent from the student's registered email address in the Student Information System. If the registered email address in the Student Information System is incorrect, students must contact the Student Affairs Office.
In case of temporary incapacity for work during the internship period, the temporary incapacity report must be sent to staj.iibf@bilecik.edu.tr. During the internship period, the university will cover only the insurance premium at a rate of 1% for work accidents and occupational diseases. No other payments or premiums will be made.
