Pursuant to the Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette dated November 17, 2023 and numbered 32372, the second education tuition fee to be paid by our University's associate degree and undergraduate second education students whose family or themselves reside in the provinces declared a state of emergency with the Presidential Decree dated 8/2/2023 and numbered 6785 will be covered by the State for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. In order for our associate degree and undergraduate second education students who are within this scope to be exempt from the tuition fee for the spring semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year and for the refund of the tuition fee they have paid for the fall semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year, they must apply to the Student Affairs Department (Faculty of Medicine building 4th floor, room 36) with a document showing that their family or themselves reside in one of the provinces of Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa (residence certificate to be obtained from e-Government).

In this context, associate and undergraduate students of our University will be exempt from the 2023-2024 Academic Year Spring Semester tuition fee if they apply to the Student Affairs Department (Faculty of Medicine building 4th Floor Room 36) with a document showing that their family or themselves reside in Gaza City, Palestine.
