General Information About the Program

Mechatronics, which is accepted as a new science of our age, has a very wide application area all over the world due to the great convenience it provides in our lives. In this context, the aim of the Mechatronics Program is to train technicians who have gained the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems, as well as theoretical knowledge, environmentally sensitive, adopting contemporary universal ethical values.
In our program, education and training activities are supported by theoretical knowledge as well as vocational laboratory applications. In addition, our students can benefit from the library, dining hall, conference hall, indoor and outdoor sports facilities on the central campus.
At the end of 4 semesters of theoretical education from our program or 3 semesters of theoretical 1 semester of vocational training in an industrial organization related to our program, the right to graduation is earned.

Mission
Today, with the rapidly developing technology, it is aimed to train mechatronics technicians working at the intersection of technical fields such as electricity, electronics, computers and machinery, which interact with each other in industrial applications. These technicians help in the application functioning of systems, know the basic principles of mechatronics, are innovative and prone to teamwork. In addition, they have the ability to use and control advanced technology devices, have analytical thinking ability and systematic approach to problem solving. It is also aimed that they are respectful to human values, contemporary and professionally competent.

Vision
The program is guided by the contemporary educational values accepted in our country. In the education it provides to its students, it aims to be a pioneer among similar programs in Turkey. In addition, the program continuously improves itself and increases its quality. The education offered to students is designed in accordance with the needs of the age and is offered in accordance with the different learning styles of students. In addition, students' personal development is also given importance and students are supported to discover themselves, develop their self-confidence and realize their dreams. Thus, the aim is not only for students to receive a successful education, but also for them to grow up as good individuals.

Working Opportunities for Graduates

Our graduates have the opportunity to work as technicians and have jobs in high-tech public and private sector companies that work with production systems integrated by computers such as industrial production enterprises using automation systems, automotive industry, defense industry, material processing, imaging industry, copying machines, consumer products, banking, robot technology, and research centers that develop and use advanced automation products.
