Applications for our University’s 2025–2026 Academic Year Part-Time Work Scholarship will be submitted in person to the department where the student wishes to work, together with the application form and the required documents stated in the form, between 10–19 November 2025. Applications submitted late or with missing documents will be considered invalid.
Each student may apply to only one (1) department.
Students who apply will be evaluated based on whether they meet the conditions stated in our University’s Part-Time Student Employment Directive, as well as their knowledge, skills, and competencies required for the job they will undertake.
In accordance with the decision of our University’s Executive Board, the hourly wage for part-time student workers has been set at 80.00 TL. The working schedule of students will be determined by the department supervisors, taking into account the students’ course timetables, and shall not exceed 15 hours per week or 60 hours per month.
This is announced to all our students.
Note: Students who hold a Green Card (Yeşil Kart) will not be able to benefit from their Green Card rights starting from the moment they are registered as part-time employees, until the completion of 30 working days. (Part-time students employed by our University may work a maximum of 8 working days per month.)
