Spring Sports Competitions Started

Spring Sports Competitions, traditionally organized by our university every year, started on Wednesday, May 15th this year.

Approximately one thousand students and staff will participate as athletes in six sports branches and fifteen categories in the Spring Sports Competitions.

The kick-off of the Spring Sports Competitions was made by Fakrullah Tohumcu, Deputy Secretary General and Head of the Department of Health, Culture and Sports. The competitions, which started with the Staff Carpet Field B and C groups at the opening ceremony, witnessed exciting moments. In the matches held in group B, Ertuğrul Sports defeated Student Affairs 2-1 and Osmaneli MYO defeated the Faculty of Medicine with a score of 4-1. In the group C competition, İİBF won 3-0 by forfeit.
