Congress participation fee is 1500 TL. All meals and events during the congress will be offered in a special concept at the 4-star Grand Çalı Hotel. Services included in the participation fee;

• Two lunches at the congress (16-17 May),
• Two dinners at the Congress (15-16 May),
• Gala dinner with music to be held in a special concept by the pool (17 May),
• Free tea, coffee, etc. drinks and dry cakes during the congress breaks,
• Free tea, coffee, etc. beverages all day long until midnight (00.00),
• Congress bag and surprise gifts special for the congress,
• Congress materials,
• Social outing and barbecue,
• 2 days to attend and follow the congress papers and presentations.
