All activities of the 4th International Banking Congress such as accommodation, academic sessions, all meals and gala dinner will be held at the 4th Star Grand Çalı Hotel Bozüyük.

There are 2 different accommodation options for accommodation at the hotel.

Prices including VAT per night are as follows:

- These prices are special prices with 40% discount only for congress participants.

- Open buffet breakfast is included in the price.

- Fitness gym use, sauna and hammam service is free of charge only for congress participants.

• Accommodation registration must be made by May 2, 2024 at the latest. After this date, room and price guarantees cannot be provided. For this reason, our valued participants must complete their registration and payment transactions before this date in order to avoid accommodation problems.
• Due to the limited capacity of Grand Çalı Hotel, those who will stay at this hotel will be given priority according to the order of registration.
• After 2 May 2024, no refund will be made for cancellations.
• In case of non-arrival without notification, no refund will be made.
• Late check-in/Early check-out-In case of arriving later than your confirmed accommodation dates or leaving early, the total price will be charged over the confirmed dates and there will be no refund.
