Although it is not mandatory to submit a full paper to the congress, some publication opportunities are offered to researchers who submit full-text papers. All of these publication opportunities meet academic incentive criteria. In addition, it is possible to publish proceedings as full paper. Papers sent to journals will go through a rapid referee process, and if deemed appropriate by the referees, they will be published in the first issue.

Papers that are deemed unsuitable as a result of the referee period will be re-evaluated in terms of alternative publication opportunities. Publishing opportunities will increase further in the future.
