Within the scope of the Institutional Accreditation Programme conducted by the Higher Education Quality Council, an internal evaluation meeting was held following the evaluation meeting held on 4 November 2025.
During the meeting, the feedback and observations shared by  Institutional Accreditation Programme Evaluation Board during the meeting process were discussed, focusing on our unit's strengths, areas for improvement, and steps for improvement.
The meeting, attended by the Director, Deputy Directors, academic and administrative staff, discussed the sustainability of the quality assurance culture, the effective operation of the PDCA cycle, and how student-centred improvement plans would be reflected in future period activities.
As the School of Foreign Languages, we emphasise that we view the  Institutional Accreditation Programme process not as an evaluation but as an opportunity for institutional learning and development, and we thank all stakeholders who contributed.
