Rector Kaplancıklı Receives Mandate

Prof. Dr. Zafer Asım Kaplancıklı, who has been appointed as the Rector of our university, was given the Rector's mandate by the President of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar. Rector Kaplancıklı thanked our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, our President of the Council of Higher Education Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar and all members of the Council of Higher Education for entrusting this important duty to him.
