The seminar, entitled "Preparation for Business Life," was held on October 18, 2024, with the objective of providing guidance to students pursuing careers in diverse fields of economics. The event, which was organized by the Department of Economics, provided students with information regarding the issues they should consider when entering the business world and the opportunities they may encounter in their professional lives.

The seminar was organized by the Department of Economics' Career Advisor and Res. Asst. Bilal Orhan. In his opening remarks, he indicated that additional events will be held in the near future to facilitate the career development of our students and that new initiatives will be introduced in response to student needs.

In the seminar, our esteemed professors, Assoc. Prof. Resül YAZICI and Assoc. Prof. Hüseyin TEZER, shared their professional biographies and experiences in their respective fields of expertise. Subsequently, the students engaged in a discussion of the presentations on the importance of a curriculum vitae, the preparation process for interviews, and the value of sector experiences.
