To ensure the implementation of the school's education and training, plans and programmes and calendar,
To prepare the investment, programme and budget draft of the School,
To take decisions on all matters to be brought by the director of the college regarding the management of the college,
To decide on the admission, course adjustments and dismissals of students, and the procedures related to education and examinations
