1) Our students can do their internships only during the summer break, outside of the academic semesters. However, if a student takes a course in the summer school, it will not be possible to do an internship during that period.

2) Only 2nd- and 3rd-year students are allowed to do internships. 1st- and 4th-year students cannot do internships.

3) It will be sufficient to scan the documents listed below in PDF format and send them by e-mail to staj.iibf@bilecik.edu.tr.

• Voluntary Internship Acceptance Form: Must be completed in two copies and approved by the workplace.
• Health Insurance Coverage Document: Can be obtained from SGK offices or through the e-Government (e-Devlet) system.

4) At the end of the internship, the Intern Attendance Sheet, Intern Evaluation Form, and Voluntary Internship Acceptance Form must be approved by the workplace and sent by cargo to the address below.

5) During the internship, students will be subject to the provisions stated in the Voluntary Internship Directive. Therefore, it is recommended to review the related directive in detail.

6) Students who apply for an internship but later decide not to complete it must inform the faculty by sending an e-mail to staj.iibf@bilecik.edu.tr.

7) During the internship, the university will only cover the 1% insurance premium for occupational accident and occupational disease insurance. No other payments or premium contributions will be made by the university.
