The "Healthy Communication in Healthcare Institutions Seminar," organized by the Career Center Coordination Office, was held on October 8, 2024, with speakers Birsen TALAŞ, Head of the Training Unit at Bilecik Provincial Health Directorate, and Training Nurse Hüsna AMİL.

Held in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, the event highlighted the importance of internal communication within the healthcare sector. The speakers provided detailed information on effective communication techniques, establishing relationships between healthcare workers and patients or their relatives, stress management, understanding personality types, dealing with difficult patients, common mistakes in patient approaches, therapeutic persuasion techniques, patients' rights to information, principles of persuasion, and hypnotic language patterns.

The event attracted great interest from students of the Faculty of Health Sciences and concluded with a Q&A session, followed by a certificate of appreciation presented to the speakers by Assistant Coordinators Hacer TAŞKIRAN TEPE and Ebrar ULUSİNAN ÇUBUKÇU, and a group photo.
