On October 2, 2024, an orientation training session was held for the first-year students who enrolled in the Health Management Department. In the presentation by Research Assistant Nidanur DEMİRHAN, the Faculty of Health Sciences was introduced first. The presentation continued with a detailed explanation of our department's organizational structure, vision, mission, and goals. Additionally, students were informed about employment opportunities, the course plan, the advisory system, and practical training options. The training also addressed student areas within the faculty and frequently asked questions. The session concluded with well wishes for a successful 2024-2025 Academic Year.

Research Assistants Ebrar Ulusinan Çubukçu and Nidanur Demirhan from our university's Health Management Department participated in the 7th International and 17th National Health and Hospital Administration Congress, held at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University from October 17 to 19.

During the sessions of the congress, a wide range of participants, including national and international academics and sector representatives, shared knowledge and experiences.

The Graduation Ceremony for the 2023-2024 Academic Year took place on Friday, July 5, at 5:00 PM with great enthusiasm. The ceremony, held at our university's stadium, was a moment of excitement for our department's graduates as they threw their caps in the air. The event was attended by Bilecik Deputy Governor Mr. Akgün Corav, Bilecik Member of Parliament Yaşar Tüzün, Gendarmerie Training Command Major General Uğur Ertekin, Mayor Melek Mızrak Subaşı, and our academic and administrative staff.

With a significant presence of families, the ceremony began with the students taking their places, followed by a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem.

The ceremony continued with a speech by the university’s top graduate on behalf of the graduating students, a folk dance performance, the presentation of certificates to students who ranked in their faculties and vocational schools, and the placing of names on the graduation plaque.

Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Zafer Asım Kaplancıklı, began his speech by expressing solidarity with the oppressed around the world, especially in Palestine and East Turkestan, and emphasized the university's stance against oppressors. He mentioned that it was a great honor and pleasure for him to address the students on this special occasion and also addressed the families of the graduates with the following words:

"Be proud of your children. They are graduating from our university, which carries the name of Sheikh Edebali, who guided us with the advice 'Know science, know wisdom, know speech.' Your children are now graduates, equipped with scientific knowledge and high ethical and moral values, as individuals who know science, wisdom, and speech.

Throughout their education, you have been by their side, supporting them. Now, we share in their happiness together."

The graduation ceremony concluded with the graduates enthusiastically throwing their caps in the air, followed by a group photo to commemorate the day.
