General Information About the Scholarship:
The Turkish Disabled Sports Assistance and Education Foundation (TESYEV) has opened applications for higher education scholarships for students with disabilities for the 2025-2026 academic year. The scholarship is for students with disabilities who are receiving formal education at state universities and need financial support. It is non-refundable and can be continued until graduation.
🎯 Scholarship Candidacy Requirements
Students who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply for the scholarship:
The disability rating must be 40% or higher (documented with a medical report from a state hospital).
The student must be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
The student must need financial support from their family, be under 30 years of age, and be unmarried.
The student must not be gainfully employed and must not own income-generating assets (car, real estate, etc.).
The student must not be receiving a scholarship from an institution other than TESYEV.
(Note: Student loans may be obtained from the Credit and Dormitories Institution.)
The student must be continuing their formal education.
Applications must be submitted during your registration year or during the interim period.
(Sophomores of vocational schools, excluding those in their final year, are eligible to apply.)

Students enrolled in distance education (distance education, non-formal education, or external education),
Other students who do not meet the candidacy requirements.
📝 Application Method and Required Documents
Applications must be submitted through the scholarship committee of your department, not in person. The application form and all documents must be submitted to the relevant department secretary by the close of business on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
