Attention to our new students!

For the 2024-2025 Academic Year, registrations to our University via e-Government will be made between August 19-21, 2024 at the e-Government portal https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/. Students will be able to log in to https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/ with their e-Government passwords and complete their registration process from the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education section. Candidates who do not complete their registration via e-Government within this period will lose their registration rights via e-Government. In addition, students who register through the e-Government gate do not need to come to our University in person between August 19-21, 2023. Students who have completed their registration will take the barcoded printout showing that they are registered and submit it to the student affairs of the unit they are registered until October 11, 2024. Candidates who cannot register via E-Devlet will come to our University in person and register as specified in the attached file.

In accordance with the decision of the General Assembly of Higher Education regarding the fact that it is not possible to enroll in two formal associate degree or two undergraduate programs at the same time in the higher education programs included in the guides and that education cannot be continued, candidates whose situations comply with this statement cannot enroll in the program of our University to which they are newly placed unless they are dismissed from the higher education institution they are currently enrolled. These decisions do not prevent students from being placed in any program in YKS preferences and placements. Candidates who have the right to enroll in a program of our University, but who are at the graduation stage in secondary education institutions, associate degree programs or undergraduate programs and who will take internship, make-up or single course exams will be temporarily enrolled if they personally submit the document containing the reasons for not graduating to the academic units of our University where they have the right to enroll on the specified dates. If these candidates submit their certificates of graduation to the academic units of our University until December 31, 2024, and if the candidates who are placed in our University from Open Education High School students submit their certificates of graduation to the higher education institution until January 31, 2025, their actual registration will be made. The provisional registrations of those who do not certify that they have graduated by this date will be deleted and the registrations of the candidates who are in this situation and do not make their provisional registrations on the specified dates will not be made.

The information of students who register via E-Government is transferred to the student information system within 1 hour. The course selection process of the students who have completed their registration process is carried out by their academic advisors between the dates specified in the academic calendar. These students do not need to come to their advisors for advisor approval. However, regular education students who need to pay a contribution fee must pay their tuition fees between the dates specified in the academic calendar as specified in the payment guide.

If the spouses and children of martyrs and the spouses and children of veterans and their spouses and children submit the certificate of entitlement obtained from the Social Security Institution Presidency or Provincial Directorates of Social Security to the Student Affairs Department, no contribution and tuition fees will be charged during their education period.

In accordance with the regulation on Health Board Reports, students who submit the Health Board Report stating that they are disabled to the Registrar's Office in accordance with the regulation on Health Board Reports, the amount of tuition fees to be paid by students who submit the Health Board Report to the Registrar's Office is reduced by the disability rate without limitation of the program duration and the number of programs enrolled. In this context, no contribution fee is charged from first education students without limitation of program duration and number of programs enrolled.

Students who are enrolled in undergraduate programs at our university and want to study in the Optional English Preparatory Program for one year should check the “I want to study Optional English Preparatory Program” option while registering via e-Government. Students who are eligible for undergraduate programs at our university and want to study in the Optional English Preparatory Program for one year will be announced on http://www.bilecik.edu.tr/ and https://bilecik.edu.tr/ydyo.
