Manage and represent the Center.
Ensure that the Center’s activities are carried out in accordance with the objectives stated in Article 5 of the Regulation and provide necessary coordination.
Chair the Executive Board, invite members to meetings, prepare the agenda, and lead the meetings.
Ensure the implementation of Executive Board decisions.
Prepare the Center’s work plans, objectives, and annual activity report; submit them to the Rectorate following the Executive Board’s review.
Establish and maintain relations with national and international organizations concerning research, projects, and educational activities.
Determine staffing needs, propose appointments to the Rectorate, and form working and project groups.
Appoint qualified staff members to coordinate specific working units.
When necessary, propose the appointment of external experts, researchers, educators, administrative and technical personnel to the Rectorate with Executive Board approval.
Propose part-time, full-time, volunteer experts, and interns to the Rectorate for approval with Executive Board decision.
Plan annual services, events, and the individuals involved, and submit for Rectorate approval via the Executive Board.
Propose the Center’s budget and staffing needs to the Rectorate with justification and Executive Board decision.
Chair the Advisory Board.
Fulfill other duties aligned with the Center’s objectives.
Assist in planning and carrying out the Center’s activities in line with its objectives.
Prepare course schedules and curricula.
Develop educational materials.
Keep the Director informed about task execution.
Safeguard items, documents, and equipment related to their duties.
Perform additional duties assigned by the Director.
Act as the Director’s deputy in their absence.
Make decisions on matters related to the Center’s areas of activity as stated in Article 6 of the Regulation.
Establish principles for the preparation and evaluation of the Director’s annual activity report.
Review and discuss the Director’s proposed work plan for the upcoming period.
Provide recommendations to the Director regarding personnel needs and the formation of project teams.
Propose to the University Senate the requirements for awarding diplomas, certificates, and other recognitions.
Regulate and support collaborative projects and partnerships.
Decide on the structure and staffing of educational programs and related remunerations.
Prepare the Center’s budget.
Establish working groups and committees for the Center’s activities.
Set guidelines and draft protocols for domestic and international collaborations.
Approve the appointment of part-time, full-time, volunteer experts, and interns when needed.
Approve budget and staffing needs of the Center.
Manage student applications, registrations, acceptance, certificate distribution, and related processes.
Conduct official correspondence for the Center.
Perform archiving duties.
Update and maintain the Center’s website.
Handle document tracking and distribution through the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS).
Monitor and process incoming emails and administrative notifications.
Safeguard all official documents, tools, and equipment.
Fulfill other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Ensure uninterrupted execution of all administrative services.
