Alfa Kurt Kamikaze Drone Developed at BSEU Materials Engineering

With the support of Bilecik Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Konaklı Rekor companies, Alfa Kurt Kamikaze was launched at BSEU Materials Engineering. Alfa UAV, which completed its kamikaze mission for the first time at universities in Turkey, was signed by Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Turkish Chambers and Commodity Exchanges, who visited Bilecik and held various openings.

Hisarcıklıoğlu, who had a 40-year friendship with Konak Rekor founder late Fehmi Konaktaş, who provided mold support for project development, experienced emotional moments during the organization. Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that he had procured the products he had procured from Konak Rekor when he was establishing Eskihisari years ago and that it was a source of pride to see their support in such an important project and for the work to continue at Bilecik University. Hisarcıklıoğlu also examined the UAV test systems developed at Bilecik University. Alfa kamikaze was previously signed by Ministers of Industry Varank and Fatih Kacir.
