Attention to Students Who Will Do Internships!
13 June 2025 Friday

Students who will do their internships in the Summer Term of the 2024-2025 Academic Year will have two internships, each 20 working days (Internship I - Electrical and Internship II - Electronics). Our internship guidelines must be read before starting the internship. Applications must be made by hand-delivering the internship forms (included in items 1-6) specified on the department internship page at least 15 days before the start of the internship. Considering the condition of bringing the documents at least 15 days in advance, internship documents must be submitted by July 31 at the latest. Internship applications will not be accepted after this date, except for students who are graduates.

Students accepted to the National Internship Program must state during the application that they will do an internship within the scope of the National Internship Program.

Internships must be completed between 28.06.2025 and 06.09.2025. (These dates do not apply to students who have graduated.) Students who will take make-up exams and do summer school are given a maximum of 3 days of leave.

You must apply for the internship at least 15 days before you start your internship. When determining the internship start and end dates, you must also take into account official holidays (July 15, Victory Day, etc.). It must be a total of 20 working days.

Please read carefully the internship guide, what to do before and after the internship, and the frequently asked questions section at the website https://bilecik.edu.tr/elektrikelektronik/Icerik/Staj_4417c

Friends who will work on Saturdays must write the dates they will work in the relevant field in their internship acceptance document.

Friends who do not have a provision on the entitlement inquiry page can print out the screenshot of the e-government page.

The insurance start document will only be obtained by typing employment entry in the search section on e-government. (You can obtain it 1-2 days before the internship starts).

Students who receive a fee during their internship must submit the Internship workplace and fee information form; together with the receipt of the internship fee, to the "Dean's Office Accrual Unit" at the end of the internship. The relevant form is available on the department internship page.

Internship notebooks will be delivered on October 1-2. An announcement will be made separately for interview dates. The internship notebook must have a complete seal/stamp/signature. Otherwise, the internship notebook will not be accepted and the student will not be allowed to the interview and their internship will be entered as insufficient.

Graduates who have only an internship remaining can also do their internships during the normal term. Internship interviews for graduates (those who have only an internship remaining) will be held only on Thursdays between 9:00-16:00.
