Reports in LaTeX format must be prepared using the template provided below, which students will use by registering on the overleaf.com website. Students will draft their study reports by sharing this Overleaf project with their advisor via the Overleaf sharing feature.

To ensure that our department's "Graduation and Design Project" process is conducted more effectively and efficiently, and that the projects meet engineering standards while holding original value, project proposals falling under the following categories will not be accepted:

Non-Accepted Topics and Criteria:

1. Basic Database Applications: Web pages, desktop, or mobile applications that consist solely of basic database reading, writing, and updating (CRUD) operations.

2. Purposeless Game Projects: Game applications intended purely for entertainment that do not provide a solution to any engineering problem or societal issue.

   • (Exception: Gamification projects that offer a solution to a specific problem are accepted. E.g., exercise games utilizing motion tracking sensors for physical therapy patients, or augmented reality (AR) applications for preschool education, etc.)

3. Artificial Intelligence Projects Without Comparison: Deep learning or image processing applications developed using only a single method/algorithm.

   • (It is mandatory for projects to compare at least 2 different methods and present scientific results based on this comparison.)

4. Simple Hardware Projects: Entry-level hardware applications that lack engineering design depth.
