Students who will take the maximum duration final exams must complete the form obtained from OBS and send it to their advisor via email as soon as possible (by August 23, 2024). This ensures that the exam rights will be assigned to the student; otherwise, exam rights cannot be granted. (Note: Students who have already sent the form do not need to resend it.)

Students who will take the maximum duration final exams and have their rights assigned must send a list of the course codes, names, and package details (if applicable) in the format shown below, in order and without errors, to their advisor via email by no later than August 25, 2024.

Note: Except for project courses, you are entitled to take exams for all courses/packages you have not successfully completed. (For elective course packages, you can take exams for the number of courses required for that package.)

Other Rights Assignments: Students requesting additional time or other rights (such as an extended semester) must send the form obtained from OBS to their advisor via email in the same way. Additional semester rights will be assigned. (Deadline: September 10, 2024)
