Welcome

Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University is pleased to welcome incoming students and staff under the Erasmus+ KA171 International Credit Mobility Programme.

All mobility activities are implemented in accordance with the Erasmus+ Programme rules, the Inter-Institutional Agreement signed between the partner institutions, and the institutional procedures of both the sending and receiving universities.

Nomination and Selection

Incoming students and staff must be officially nominated by their home institution.

Before nomination, participants are expected to have been selected through a transparent, fair, and documented institutional selection process conducted in accordance with the Erasmus+ Programme rules and the internal regulations of the sending institution.

Official nominations should be submitted by the International Relations Office or another authorized institutional representative.

Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University reserves the right to request additional documentation related to the participant's selection and nomination process whenever deemed necessary for administrative or audit purposes.

Required Documents

Depending on the type of mobility, the following documents may be requested:

Students

• Official Nomination Letter

• Learning Agreement

• Copy of Passport

• Health Insurance

• Visa Documentation (where applicable)

Staff

• Official Nomination Letter

• Mobility Agreement (Teaching or Training)

• Copy of Passport

• Health Insurance

• Proposed Mobility Dates

Additional documents may be requested by the International Relations Office during the application process.

Before Arrival

Participants are advised not to purchase flight tickets or make irreversible travel arrangements until they receive official confirmation from Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University.

The final acceptance of nominated participants depends on:

• Verification of submitted documents,

• Compliance with Erasmus+ Programme rules,

• Availability within the relevant Inter-Institutional Agreement and project budget,

• Approval by the receiving institution.
