Mission

The objective of the Master's program in Public Finance is to provide advanced skills in financial law, financial economics, budgeting, and finance theory to those who will work as experts in private sector organizations, primarily in the public sector; to enhance the student's ability to access, evaluate, and interpret information through scientific research; and to prepare them for doctoral studies.

Vision

To cultivate individuals who are well-versed in financial regulations, keep abreast of new developments in the field of finance, adapt to rapid change, possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, have the potential to shape their era, have advanced knowledge and skills in financial, social, and economic matters, and possess advanced knowledge to interpret and evaluate emerging economic relationships and events.

1	Having notional knowledge in social sciences and public finance and suffiency of comprehending the relationship between theory and practise.
2	Having comprehensive knowledge in interdisciplinary relations.
3	Having basic knowledge in social and publice finance changes and cause-effect relation.
4	Having knowledge of methodology in survey while any research is done and having notional and practical knowledge for producing knowledge by processing information which isadvanced and essential for public finance, with the methodology.
5	Having of ability in analysing notional knowledge in public finance and interpreting result which comes from the survey.
6	Having ability of posting the practise and research results in academic frame with reports.
7	Having ability of presenting the survey in public finance in writing and verbally.
8	Having ability of produing solution for public finance problem which is determined, by appropriate methodology.
9	Being able to produce unique research with group or individually,
10	Having ability of leadereship and taking responsibility in solving process about the research with groups or individually.
