Military service “delay of dispatch” or “cancellation of deferment of dispatch” procedures are carried out by our Institute by informing the military branch with an official letter. For requests regarding military service, the current form in the link below should be filled out and submitted to the Institute by one of the following methods.

1. In person
2. With the person to whom a notary power of attorney is given
3. With the approval of the advisor and the approval of the relevant Department/Main Art Branch via EBYS
