Our department visited the Bilecik Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (SMMMO) with our faculty members from the Department of Accounting and Finance. We would like to thank SMMMO President Mustafa Öztürk and his management for their hospitality and the useful discussions we had regarding cooperation between our department and the Chamber's activities. We wish them every success.

An orientation meeting was held for international students in our department on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. Our Department Head Prof. Dr. Sevgi Gönüllüoğlu, our Vice Head Dr. Saniye Haydaroğlu, and our Department Faculty Members Prof. Dr. Muammer Sarıkaya and Dr. Salih Mutlu made presentations at the meeting, where students' expectations were also taken into consideration.

Our faculty members serving on the Department's Accreditation, Education and Training, Data Collection, Measurement and Evaluation Commission met on October 15, 2025. Various issues related to education and training processes were reviewed at the meeting.
