The Graduation Project presentations held within the scope of this course will take place on Friday, 30.01.2026, at the place and time specified for each group.

The interview date, interview time, and interview locations for the final evaluation of students taking the BM400 Graduation Project course are specified in the attached table. Each student is required to be present at the interview location specified in the table at the start time of the session. The final evaluation of students who are not present at the interview time will be evaluated as “Did Not Attend”.

Notes:

• There is no need to print out the project reports.

• Students who wish to do so may attend the presentations as listeners. In order for students wishing to attend the presentations to obtain information about the project contents, the graduation project topics have been added to the announcement attachment and updated.

• The lists for the sessions are included in the attachment.

Points to PAY ATTENTION to regarding the presentations:

• The presentation content must be prepared in a program such as PowerPoint, Prezi, Impress, etc., and the presentation delivery must be planned not to exceed 20 minutes.

• Students working on hardware-based projects must have a video ready to show before the presentation, not exceeding 5 minutes, demonstrating that the hardware system works.

• The juries will ask students to present in a random order. Students presenting in the morning session must be present in the specified classrooms by 09.15 at the latest.

• Each student who will present must be present together with the other students in their group.
