Students wishing to take courses from another university during the summer school must follow these steps:

1. Document Preparation

The Course Request Form, available at the link below, must be completed legibly by hand and signed with a wet signature.

The course syllabus provided by the university must be prepared. (This can be obtained from the university's Bologna page or the system where course syllabuses are shared.)

The syllabus for the equivalent course offered at Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University must also be prepared. (https://ebs.bilecik.edu.tr/)

2. Application Process

Applications, along with the prepared documents, should be submitted to Research Assistant Ayşegül HATİPOĞLU or Research Assistant Merve BALABAN starting from Monday, June 29th.

3. Course Equivalency Requirements

A course taken from another university must meet the following conditions as an equivalent course at our university:

The ECTS credits must be equal to or greater than the equivalent course at our university,

The total number of course hours must be equal to or greater than the equivalent course hours,

The course content must be at least 80% similar,

A maximum of 4 courses can be taken.

4. Important Notes

Courses that have never been taken before or that have been failed due to absenteeism cannot be taken in summer school.

However, students who are in their final year, those with a GPA of 3.00 or higher, and double major students may take such courses from another university's summer school.

Important Warning

Summer school applications can only be evaluated after completion of make-up exams. Summer school programs starting after the end of the make-up exam period (July 11, 2026) and not coinciding with the start of the academic calendar will be accepted.
