Students enrolled in the BM400 Final Project course must submit their Final Project Reports to their advisors in order to present their projects on the final exam dates. The PDF version of the Final Project Report, prepared in LaTeX format, should be sent to advisors via email no later than Friday, January 16, 2026, at 23:59, in the format “Name_Surname_report.pdf”.

Note: Students who will be taking the exam must inform their advisors by Monday, January 12, 2026.

Note: Students whose reports contain more than 30% plagiarism will not be allowed to present. Plagiarism reports will be collected by the instructors of your course.

Important Notes Regarding Presentations:

• Presentation content should be prepared using PowerPoint, Prezi, Impress, or Canva programs, and the presentation should not exceed 20 minutes for the BM400 Final Project.
• Students whose projects are hardware-based must have a video ready before their presentation, no longer than 5 minutes, demonstrating how their hardware system works.
• The judges will ask students to present in a random order.  Students presenting in the morning session must be in the designated classrooms no later than 09:15, and those presenting in the afternoon session no later than 12:45.
• Each student presenting must be present with the other students in their group.
