As part of the Nursing Department’s accreditation activities, an internal stakeholder meeting—planned to evaluate and update the program’s objectives, outcomes, and curriculum—was successfully held. The meeting was attended by academic and administrative staff, faculty administration, and students.
During the meeting, Dr. Hülya Saray Kılıç, Chair of the Standard 1 Working Group of the Accreditation Committee, presented the department’s program objectives; Dr. İlkay Çulha, Chair of the Standard 2 Working Group, shared the process of structuring the program outcomes; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sevinç Mersin, Chair of the Standard 3 Working Group, provided information on the current status of the curriculum and ongoing development efforts.
Throughout the presentations, participants simultaneously expressed their opinions and suggestions through surveys conducted during the session, providing feedback on the program’s strengths as well as areas in need of improvement.

In order to discuss the clinical practice processes of Nursing Department students for the 2025–2026 fall semester, the Head of the Nursing Department visited Specialist Nurse Nilgün Çevik, Director of Health Care Services at Bilecik Training and Research Hospital.
The meeting, which was also attended by the hospital’s education nurses, provided an opportunity for a productive exchange of ideas regarding mutual expectations for clinical practices, enhancement of clinical training environments, and the department’s ongoing accreditation efforts.

An Accreditation Meeting was held under the chairmanship of Asst. Prof. Dr. Aysun Acun, Head of the Nursing Department Accreditation Committee.
During the meeting, the current activities conducted in accordance with HEPDAK standards were reviewed, and information was shared regarding the completed tasks. In addition, plans for upcoming activities, methods to be followed, and the implementation of related processes were discussed in detail.
An online meeting was held between the Head of the Nursing Department and the 2nd-, 3rd-, and 4th-year class representatives prior to the start of the 2025–2026 fall semester.
During the meeting, information was shared regarding the academic calendar, course schedule, and recent updates to registration procedures. The session concluded with the exchange of students’ opinions and suggestions.
