Cooking Programme took part in the panel titled “Centuries-Old Flavours of Bilecik and Turkish Cuisine & Geographically Indicated Products”, held at the Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University Library as part of Turkish Cuisine Week. The event was organised under the auspices of the Bilecik Governorship and coordinated by the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism. Lecturers Yakup Yılmaz and Aybike Nur Albayrak from the Cooking Programme contributed as panel speakers, addressing topics such as the historical development of Turkish cuisine, regional dishes, and traditional food preservation methods. The programme concluded with the presentation of plaques to the speakers and the offering of Ottoman sherbet and lokma to the participants.
