Documents Required for the Mandatory 30-Day Vocational Summer Internship:

1. Internship Application Form
2. One passport-sized photo
3. One photocopy of your ID card/national identification document
4. Document related to the insured inquiry from the Social Security Institution (SGK) website. To perform this inquiry, you need to log in to the e-Government portal using your e-Government password and query through the SGK module. (If the eligibility document states "you can obtain a provision" or "must go to the nearest SGK branch," corrections must be made at SGK, and then the eligibility document must be provided.)
5. Occupational Safety Certificate (can be obtained from Bilgeis Moodle)

The required documents should be submitted to the head of the internship commission in a transparent folder.
